This is Shaun Cassidy, made by Kenner in 1978. He is 12" high, all jointed vinyl & plastic.

Shaun has a wonderful character face with molded blonde hair. He wears his original outfit, including a red jacket with sticker intact, black silky pants, and black loafers. His guitar is held across his chest by a strap.
