This is Oscar Goldman from the Six Million Dollar Man TV Series. Made in 1977 by Kenner. He is 12" high, all multi-jointed plastic.

He has a great character face & molded hair. He wears his original outfit, including tan cotton pants, green rayon shirt, green checked sports coat, socks & brown loafers.

He also comes with his original "exploding briefcase". This opens to both sections, with headset & two Top Secret Files inside. The part that causes the "explosion" is broken.
