Here are three 1930's Ethnic Dolls, probably made by Doll Craft. A history of these dolls can be found in the book "Compo Dolls 1928-1955" page 64 by Polly & Pam Judd. The dolls are all jointed composition, standing 8 1/2'' high. Included: France, Norway & Marguerita of Roumania (the only one with a paper hang tag still intact).
Each doll has a wonderful face, with nice coloring and painted features. Their hair is mohair, each is a different set. Two still have hair nets intact.
The outfits are wonderfully made. The fabrics are vintage with interesting patterns & colors. Each wears a vest, pantlets, and a hat or scarf.
