This doll is Nanette, marked R & B. Made around 1950 by the Arranbee Doll Co. She is 21" high, all hard plastic with a walking body. A photo of this doll can be seen in the book 'Arranbee Dolls' by Suzanne L. DeMillar and Dennis J. Brevik, page 96.

She has a wonderful face with beautiful coloring & original paint. Also blue sleep eyes, intact lashes, ruby lips & pink cheeks.

She wears her original golden-blonde saran wig. It is long & wavy with bangs & side clips intact.

Nanette wears her original Alice In Wonderland outfit. This includes a blue cotton dress with white trim & organdy collar, white organdy pinafore apron w/ lace & rick rack trim, white panties & petticoat w/ eyelet trim, white rayon socks, and replaced black tie shoes.
