This is a Replica Hebee Doll, made by Horsman in 1987. Made of shiny molded vinyl, she stands 11" high and is jointed at the head, arms & legs.
The doll has a great painted face & little bald head,. She wears her original nautical sailor dress, over molded panties, plus a matching hat. Her trademark blue shoes are molded to her feet.
