This is Mikey, made by Fisher Price in 1982 as part of the My Friend Mandy doll series. He is 16" high with a vinyl head & limbs and cloth stuffed body.
He has a cutely painted face with blue eyes & freckles. His rooted brown hair is shiny & straight with bangs.
Mikey wears his original outfit, including jeans, striped knit shirt, baseball jacket & sneakers.
He is still attached in his original box.
