This doll is Margie The Teenage Doll. Made by the Belle Doll Corp. in 1956. She is 21" high, with a soft vinyl head & hard plastic fashion body w/ bend knees. She is also a walker.

Margie has a wonderful Cissy type face, with beautiful coloring & original paint. Plus blue sleep eyes, intact lashes, pouty red lips & rosy cheeks.

Her rooted hair is brunette, styled in a bun in back, with bangs in front.

Margie wears her original outfit. This includes a gorgeous red velveteen dress w/ red satin bows & bodice trim. She also wears her original cancan petticoat, lacy girdle, seamed nylon stockings, and a pearl necklace.

She is wearing a pair of black elastic shoes that came with a Cissy doll set.
