This doll is Lissy. Marked: Lissy Madame Alexander on her tagged dress. Made in 1956-58. She is 11 1/2" high, all jointed hard plastic with jointed knees & elbows.

Lissy wears her original tagged ballerina outfit, referred to in one book as the Sugar Plum Fairy outfit. This includes a pink tutu with satin bodice & panties, plus a ruffled tulle skirt. Also pink satin ballet slippers. There is a fabric flower wreath on her head.
