This doll is Cissy. Made by Madame Alexander in 1955. She is 20" high, with a hard plastic head, body, & legs, with bend knees & high heel feet. Her arms are vinyl, jointed at the elbow.

Her face is lovely, with bright coloring & original paint. She has blue sleep eyes, gray eyeshadow, pouty red lips, & blushed cheeks. Her eyes work fine, with all lashes intact.

Cissy wears her original brunette wig. It is still full & thick, but has been trimmed below her ears into a bob.

Cissy wears her original outfit. This includes a red & white stripped cotton blouse, red polished cotton jumper, white ruffled can can petticoat & white panties. She also wears replaced white shoes.
