Here are two 1950's to 60's Santa Claus Dolls.

One stands 11" high, the other is 14". Each has a stuffed body, with wired arms & legs. Their faces are vinyl with a great character look. Each has a fluffy white beard, boots & a belt. Both are unmarked.
