This doll is Italian #28 from the Around The World Series. Made in 1939 by the Nancy Ann Storybook Co. She is 5" high, all bisque, with jointed arms & legs.
She has a brunette mohair wig with molded bangs underneath, bending legs, molded socks, painted black slippers and a pudgy tummy.
She wears her original Italy or Italian costume. This includes a white floral cotton dress. There is a green organdy apron & matching head scarf, both trimmed with matching floral trim. Also white petticoat & panties.
She was found in an original blue with white dots box. No label on the box.
